Rob , looks like I will sell the crystal projector units but keep the clear glass for my modified ones.
The fluted ones you have could be buffed to take the flutes off , its been done in USA and Dan is talking about doing it or get new glass . I will check on who has them I can't remember.Maybe the makers of the projector ones , ABM will sell em. I will keep the corner lights and black them to look like the black chrome type ABM have. I have the stupid LHD glass if you want to buff the flutes off those.Now trying to figure how to mount my 4 light units into the std ones....It will be worth it though.

Did you look up PFS partsforvolvo UK for shipping the heater core cheaper than USA?
Get the one made by volvo supplier , Behr I think , the cheap ones are a bit smaller and can stink if you don't wash em first. Also get the volvo O ring kit , best quality.
That wrecked R at Berry's has the manifold you want. It would be worth buying whole car if a damaged one came up for the parts?
The trim clips are same as 850 I think.

I have looked into a few options for the heater core but haven't purchased anything yet. Some crazy bargain may pop up at some stage.
The V70R would have the 2nd type manifold ("japanifold" in VS circles), it is an improvement but it is the later 04 onward 'R' manifold that I want. Not too difficult to get (ex US) but fairly expensive because of freight.
Trim clips are different to the 850 ones. I tried to rob some off the parts car to no avail.
I have spoken with Ash about the strut brace. Haven't ordered one yet but surely will.
