  • C70 Bits wanted - maybe S70/V70

I am chasing some bits for the C70.

1. Radio antenna (electric)or the insert for it...
2. Steering wheel - dark grey
3. Rubber strip that fits across the top of the windscreen..
4. LH front corner indicator.
5. Cup holder, the slide out of the armrest one.
6. Internal rear vision mirror, current one is auto-dimming..
7. Radiator support. The fibrous plastic bit that the headlights and radiator and everything is attached to.
8. A pair of the little surrounds for the door lock buttons
9. SC-815/816 Radio. the later grey type.
10. 6 or 8 of the yellow clips that hold the door trims on.
11. Windscreen washer bottle cap
12. 1 of the grey cigarette lighter insert things with 12 VOLT written on it.
13. gearstick boot and gearknob
14. complete owners manual etc.
15. RH Headlight.
16. Heater core
17. V70XC Grille
18. NA intake Manifold and throttle body
19. Front Strut Brace
20. The plastic tube thing that goes from the front of the ecu box down to the radiator shroud area
21. V70R silver interior trim.
22. 10/15mm wheel spacers.
23. RHR tail light. Must be perfect, the one i have is ok but has some superficial cracks.
24. 'R' Exhaust manifold
25. Hazard light switch


there will be more. I will add to the list when I think of it.


@egads.. Do you still have that SC-816 we were talking about a while back or was that in the car that left today?
My local wrecker will probably have all of these except the tail lights. I don't like my chances of being able to get the rubber strip and radio out though, I also have no idea what they'd charge. Otherwise I'm happy to help.

Thanks Joe. You just reminded me that the wrecker down the road has a LPT S70 sitting there. Might go check if it has anything I need.

Rob , the ABM copies I have , projector style look great , quality good but I need to do some upgrade to the projected , like HIDs , maybe modify with some others I have as the light output isn't what I want. I have plans for a big modification to a spare set of headlights for killer light output when I get motivated....
The ABMs were $2-300 delivered from China I thik

I would love the headlight and radiator support panel as mine has damage on one side from previous accident , was bodgy repair job......Post cost could be a killer , worth a look though if you don't mind? I am in 3025. Cheers.
In theory I can get it down there next week with my partner when she goes to the Tennis so I will see how it looks.

I've possibly got a 12v socket blank... in the UK.... :(
I have never done the heater core but I think they are the RHD and LHD so ipd maybe?
Get a proper core , volvo or brand who make em for volvo , PFS Britain can send em cheaper than IPD / FCP I found.
The eBay and cheap ones from the above suppliers are slightly smaller and some stink the car for weeks with some chemical still on the core from manufacture process.

I broke it today on its maiden voyage. hit by a rock. Haven't decided on aftermarket headlights yet.

The glass or housing broken ? I have pair I want to modify then have my ABM projector ones I may sell , the idiot who had my car before got LHD glass for the headlights when he fixed the damage so I can't offer the glass..
Look out for wreckers of c70 who have the genuine late series projector headlights at the right price , not cheap though.....
It is the glass that is broken, big rock chip smack bang in the centre.

Ideally they are the lights i want, few and far between but.

Once you know exactly what you want to keep let me know exactly what you want to sell.. i would be keen to look.
