Ran out of time, I will try again this weekend. Pretty keen to get the rest of the car off to scrap and these are the last parts I want to remove.

DVS strut brace fitted up today. Had to do a little more modification to the fuse box bracket but now it works a treat. thanks @AshDVS

I haven't driven it yet... so not sure.

Rain has prevented me from removing them yet.. rain is nice though.

No ARD tune yet.. :( it is coming though..

My .pdf diagram wasnt ideal for the bracket mod - apologies for that, I have the 1:1 template handy now which I should have included.
Can you email me the highest res pic you have of the brace fitted?

Actually Ash it wasn't the cutout that was the problem, that bit was fine. I had to take a little bit off the outside of the bracket opposite the cutout. Also the fusebox sat too high and hit the bottom of the bar, i had to angle it down a bit. Not difficult and fits great now.

and Yep, the pics i took yesterday were poor because of bad weather and bad lighting and bad camera, will try again today.

Very happy with it.

Interesting. I've never come across that before. If it isnt a massive PITA, can you snap a couple of pics of what you did?

Of course... and just to stress it isn't a huge deal, pretty easy fix, was just a little more involved than 1 cutout.

@AshDVS new sticker turned up today, here are a couple of pics with new sticker + one of my own. The flag sticker looks really good in person but I can't get a decent photo with the weather the way it is.

@Ex850R That is all i have... only a test fit at the moment, will need some tweaking before they fit properly.

Wheels look tops! Are they 5x108?

Nope @raebird. They are 5x114.3. Less than Ideal but they were certainly the right price and I do like them. The fact that spacers/adapters are required it is no biggie to change patterns at the same time. Lucky these things love a small offset.

Corrected offset will be rear +12, fronts +20.

Adapters have been purchased.. awaiting their arrival.

I am certainly not doing away with my 17's.. I don't expect these to be without their problems but I will give them a go.

What size are they Rob? Width ? Tyres?
Who did you get the spacers from?
I have considered punching out my own adapters , one day if i ever get to mates workshop...

I thought about doing it myself but I can get them made for a great price. Am thinking about ordering and stocking a few adapters/spacers as there are always people chasing them and they are hard to get in Australia.

Of course they are for offroad use only. 8-|

Wheels are 19x9.5 .. Tyres are 235's so are too skinny but not awful. I will see what it is like once I get them all fitted up.
