Yes, assuming they have enough adjustment left to get to the right feel.

Swap the shocks into your C70. Koni Reds are well worth having. Mounts look good, is the rubber perished at all?

Makes me question what is fitted to the front of the 850, is there an equivalent front strut insert?

Adjustment is an excellent question, I believe you simply rotate the lower section on the shaft. Might have to do some reading.

Hold the top half of the shock and rotate via the lower section.
I'd expect they'll either be 2.5 turns or 5 turns from fully soft to fully firm.

Koni did/do offer a 'Red' front insert too. Worth pulling apart for sure.

The front ones definitely aren't standard, the lock nuts are very similar to the locknuts on the top of the rears and the top of the shaft has an allen key hole in it the same as the rears. Feeling a little confident there may be something good hiding inside, will rip them apart for sure.

The Konis you have there are older in manufacture (I think). The part number (80-2712) and the fact that they're adjustable tells me they're 'Koni Sport' (which have been orange for the last few years of manufacture).

So, FIT THEM!!!!

The colour may be a little bit of an illusion. I would call them a dark orange rather than red.

Not sure if early fron koni's have a different adjustment system. The yellow ones in my old v70 had a flat protruding bit on the top that you put a knob on and twiddle.

That probably makes no sense but I am failing at finding an image without the knob on the top.

Makes lots of sense.
All Koni Sport Adjustables use the same system for the fronts.

Confirmed. 2.5 turns lock to lock..... And shock absorber must be fully compressed to make adjustments..

Haven't pulled the fronts yet. Might do that tomorrow
