I've become a tad
confused.

Another responder thought I was in the USA and talking about a current model S90, for which he has a set of spare headlights.
I had sent a photo of a US Volvo - LHD.
Not in the USA.
I'm in Perth WA.

I am looking for a leftside headlight set for a 1998 Volvo S90.
This car is almost identical to look at as the
Volvo 1997-8 960.

It has a straight 6 engine.

I am looking for the left side headlight set as the one on this car is busted and cannot be used with a broken headlight - day or night.

st956703 - Hiya - @ramrod is likely to have one for a RHD car.

You can get the glass only brand new from GCP.se.

It's part number 9126491-1 and it's the SEK equivalent of $77 USD plus shipping from Sweden. I had to look this up since I have a LH headlight with a broken glass.

(JFTR, the RH headlight glass only for RHD is p/n 9126492-9).

I did think the headlights were the same regardless of LHD or RHD .......

The light unit itself is stuffed and I would also need the indicator parts too.
It appears to have been hit by the corner of a tray top or a trailer - very precise breakage.

I need the whole unit set - headlight and indicator.

So,
do you have anything like the complete headlight /indicator set for the leftside front fender?

I have in recent years rebuilt the full suspension, brakes and steering on a couple of 240 sedans .
All bushes , bearings, rotors , calipers , cables , arms , tie rods and all.
Then someone 'individual" T-boned it from a side street to the main road I was on.
Still ,I was able to drop out everything I'd done and replace the parts onto another identical looking 240.

So I'm kinda in the same general garage as you.
We have a couple of rent a mechanics garage here - about 8 bays with a full kit of tools for each and everything elsde you could possibly need so the job was that much easier.

Got most parts from IPDUSA , and FCPEURO.

Nope. The Fresnel prisms in the headlight glass are different for LHD and RHD - with RHD cars, the Fresnel prisms cast into the glass direct the bulk of the light to the LH side so as not to dazzle oncoming traffic.

@ramrod or @MSP122 may have both items - a complete headlight and corner light / indicator. I don't.

Corner lights can be found on eBay for not much. If you get a new one, save the globe holder for the indicator since most replacement units don't give you one. The corner light clips into the plastic headlight frame, and the headlight frame's held into the front panels by two 10mm bolts and a 10mm nut.
