Reflectors and clips can be found aftermarket or genuine via GCP. The glass is usually the part that does not wear, I suggest the glass would be the easy part to find.
Having rebuilt a few of these the difficult part is finding the grey plastic housing in good shape with a usable indicator attachment that has not been butchered. Also the threaded studs for mounting them can be loose or broken.
If you can find a couple of decent units with good plastic housings and glass rebuilding them is fairly easy. I think the aftermarket reflectors I bought a while back were $120 or 150 each. Voldat, Berry's and Monash will have them in stock in Melbs, most likely a local Volvo specialist will stock them up there.
Some from GCP (gcp.se) arrived here a few weeks back, part numbers were:
1372381 - reflector
1307452 - clips
I think it is about $250-280 for a pair set though not sure on shipping.
One thing I found was if you have a black trim front end rather then the chrome trim, black grille and the dressing on top of the headlight and under the headlight above the bumper, then painting the inside of the headlight housing black with muffler paint (so heat resistant) looks brilliant. Obviously do this before the reflector goes in.
I have a few glass fronts spare that could be posted though you will probably find a complete unit with faded reflectors locally.
