6puk sprung took about 100'000KM of DD in heavy Sydney traffic to die
and yes it did kill both the flywheel and PP more then the clutch

Dads MK1 MR2 which is used for semi rural cruising and occasional track day is on about 200,000KM and still going strong
Its running a supercharged Atlantic racing motor and so the clutch gets to see 10,500RPM every other day

Bonus is with the ceramic your not going to throw it in and kill it in 2 weeks then realize you need to spend another weekend or $2k to replace it

ahhh crap! If I knew you were going the bag route I would have advised you against E-level.

The issue with e-level is that for then auto level to work correctly you need to be on level ground. When not, you can have all kinds of frustrating issues.

Until a year or so ago, e-level was the only legal bag system available.

Now there is level ride, locally designed and made, and is quickly taking control of the bag market.
The system has overcome the leveling issues that e-level have, and refused to fix/couldn't fix.

And the beauties is that it is a cheaper system than e-level.

Guess I'll just have to learn the hard way! Lots of good reviews on the accuair system as well so hopefully it works for me otherwise I can just swap to the switch speed ecu and manually control my pressures.

these just arrived! will install them with Tim tomorrow.

lower inner front should help with wheel hop and tired bushes.
lower inner rear (anti lift and caster correction) will reduce understeer and wheel spin and give me a little bit more traction.

Philia-bear Ive always wanted either the AWD M66 S40 or V50 but just couldn't get past how impressed i was the first time i saw the R Design C30 driving down the street, admitting that i had some how not been aware of its existence until that day! i took quite a few years before i had one in my possession but never been happier! good to see there will be some more higher year modern volvo's floating around on the site and look forward to your build!

ha would love too! but there's a fair bit of coin involved in the conversion plus before doing that id like to build a solid engine with roughly 550-600hp.

and ran all the wires,airlines and put together the management system for the air bag suspension.
struts,rear arms and e-level sensors will go in on sat then its off to get engineered!

not really too much stuff in the way and if i cut more of the air vent out i would have lost the clips and had to double sided tape it in. also the angled cup actually points the gauge towards me as the dash on the c30 rakes back quite quickly.

Fwd sucks for higher power in my opinion, in general, I like having traction or no traction, while still being able to steer... But looks good for a car that wont be doing anything more than carrying people now! All the luggage space gone!
