73 door cards will fit 67-73. From 74 on, the top edge of the door cards are different because there were no front quarter windows from 74 on. The card skin styling changed in (IIRC) YM 72 but the shape is the same.

Rubber boot mats were the norm in 140s, many 164s tended to have boot carpets. Most of the used rubber mats I've seen from 140s look rough. GCP might have replacements but I haven't checked.

The boot floor shape changed slightly in YM1974 (when the fuel tank was relocated) to be the same as 240 75-93. A 240 boot carpet might fit in a pre-74, but it won't be 100% perfect.

ScottyB 140 / 164 front seat mounting points are completely different to 240. Seat mounts in 140 /164 from 67-74 are the same (one eye bolt (or 2 bolts for height adjuster in 164) to the floor at the front; 2 bolts to a bracket mounted on the east-west in-cabin crossmember at the rear of the seat.

240 front seats are 4 bolts and attach very differently - the east-west in-cabin crossmember is a completely different size and shape.

Scot, I will take a look when I get a moment. If you just want random seats in the back, then most of the early 240 seats should also fit. For a number of my cars I have fitted 240 seats in the rear so that the original seats could stay protected inside while the 240 seat cops the elements. Everyone is worried about paint…but original interior is harder.

I'm not certain about a boot mat. I used to double them up, but again I need to check if any of the cars still have spares. I did have a set of 68 door cards in as new condition, but I will have to check if they are about. I may still have a NOS grill for the car that I saw the other day. I'm doing a bit of a clean out.
