Scanner shows code PO 172.I have cleaned the MAF but CEL reappears after a few miles.
My scanner will give real time values-
Air mass and RPM values -4g/s at 648 rpm ,9.57 g/s at 1505 rpm and 14.77 at 2134 rpm
Do these values indicate MAF is good or bad?
Fuel rail pressure is 69 psi, is this good?
Don't see any obvious vacuum leaks.
Any help or suggestions as to what else to check will be appreciated.

Check the pcv function. See if there's excessive vacuum at oil cap with engine running and check idle condition with the cap off.
Should be pretty obvious if there's an issue with PCV pretty common on the T6 engine causing oil consumption
Had this problem before. The engine is running rich. Clean the MAF , check replace your oxygen censors and replace your spark plugs.
Vacuum leaks and PCV etc will make it run lean. It doesn’t hurt to check , repair.
The only way to clear the code is through VIDA Even if you fix the issue it will keep coming back if you dont….
