Are my ECU and EZK Chippable?

Hi all Just need some information as to if my ECU and EZK are chippable/moddable? pics below

Planning to use these in my 240 i am swapping a 940T motor into in conjunction with a new LH2.4 Harness (modifying the 940 harness to suit the 240 swap looks like too much of a headache.

Or has anyone tried the Ostritch Emulator/Piggyback as mentioned on Dave Barton's site? https://www.prancingmoose.com/harnessconversions.html#ostrich

If the EZK is not the chipable type, you can make it become chipable.

The ECU is able to be chipped

Years ago I put together a list of EZ-Ks. Only the EGR types are chippable without modification.

However, Fabian Bijlsma at Bijlsma Technical Innovations offers not only wasted spark kits, but also a kit which makes any EZ-116K easily chippable.

ramrod Perfect, Disregard the EZK anyway. forgot i had ordered a wasted spark conversion for it as my 940 motor wont fit with the rear mounted dizzy, i know i can relocate to the block but down the line i will likely be goinig Coilpacks anyways, so why not do it now.. lol
