While getting some other documentation, I cam across this pamphlet which was included in a 1989 owners manual for a 740 from the US. The attached PDF has a list of all the Green Books applicable to the 700s up to 1989.
This may be useful for collectors, or hunting down the Green Book required to do a certain job.
