Your choices are limited, depending where you are in Australia, having someone nearby with the hardware to install tunes will reduce the cost significantly, as you will only have to purchase the software.
If you have no supporting modifications you could get a stage 1 tune from Hilton or vdash.
Vdash requires the car connected to a laptop and battery charger for anywhere up to 24hrs to break the cem pin code, before loading ecu tune
Hilton you need to perform a readout from the car and then wait a few days/weeks to be emailed your tune file
