Hi I have lightly washed in the engine bay today and then I drove 23 miles home no problem . I then went to start it and it wouldn’t turn over , the battery is fine and I have cleaned all earth points and the positive on the starter and to the main fuses . I tested the starter and it’s fine turns over a treat . The ignition sometimes turns it over and if it does it runs for a second or two the stops . Tried both keys and still the same . When I turn it over the radio goes blank and the clocks dim , please could anyone have any suggestions , it’s a 2009 model 2.4 d5 . Thanks Paul .
