Might be worth saving? No idea on price, and I have no more info. Contact seller with any enquiries.

My name is Dominique and a while ago I contacted Stephen Tanner, the Volvo mechanic in Albury to see if he was interested in mum's old Volvo. He referred me to you. Mum has gone into a nursing home and her dearly loved Volvo has stayed behind. I don't drive, the car doesn't run anymore (hasn't done for a few years now), there is no registration or insurance on it as far as I am aware. I would love for it to go to a good home and enjoyed by another enthusiast. I have taken a photo of the car, but I just wanted to find out if it is worthwhile placing an ad in your magazine? Is there any demand for this car?

I've taken a few photos. Plus all the spare parts I found and the books with I believe the original owners details, perhaps there is more information there, I'll have to have a closer look though. I think it only had 3 owners in its lifetime. It's automatic, and the year is either 1976 or 78. That's all I know. There's a stash of mechanic's bills detailing some of the work that has been done to it over the years. Unfortunately, I don't have the other details

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. My phone number is SOLD!

Looks tidy and mostly original.

I'd say worth saving and putting back on the road.

Most likely k-jet, so a massive gamble on cost to get it going again.

I have one or two complete K-Jet systems if you need one

I like her. She has a maroon 560 interior too.

Wonder if she's lived in the Albury area all her life? If so, probably high mileage but little chance of serious rust.

While I see a lot of merit in this car, the price seems quite optimistic.
