Will 2000 C70 Headlights fit on my 97 V70?

Yes they should do P80 C70 lights.

You most probally wont have the function to electrically adjust the beam angle from in the cab tho as the dash wont have the wiring.

I have C70 lights in my 97 V70 i cant rember waht year C70 exactly but 2000 rings a bell.

It was an easy swap and install. I did pull mine apart and clean the insides of the glass and fitted new seals for the glass and repaired the ageing wiring in the lights. That was just me none of that was required tho

Like i said before if the lights should support electronic beam adjustmemt altho your car possibly wont. The dash is missing the switch and wiring from memory. Image description

TL_V70 Also, how did you go about restoring the seals? Am very keen to do the same.

I bought new glass seals I can't remember where from they were east to get. I removes tje clips holding the glass on ans polished the inside of the glass. Don't touch the reflective chrome inside the light with anything as it will come off as the lights are 24 years old.

And I put it back together with new seals. You possibly don't need new seals or to clean them. Mine were hazy so I cleaned them.

I can't find the seals but here is the electrical wiring in each lights. PN for reference. I swapped mine from my old lights
