FRONT BUMPER:
I've been wanting to remove this for some time now just to inspect, clean and ensure all is well under there.
Turned out to be an easy task which I should have done previously. It would have made my rear window washer and fog light repairs a lot easier
A few bumper mounting holes needed repair, a cage nut and washer was missing from the driver's side so I replaced with all original hardware.
Swapped out the exterior temp sensor bracket with a cleaner option
Swapped out FL arch liner as my original one was trimmed.
Replaced the arch liner/bumper rivets with speed nuts and Volvo screws. This should speed up removal and prevent further damage to holes by constantly squashing Volvo rivets in there.
New subframe bush insets from skandix after a successful trial of 3D printed versions a few months ago. Although my printed insets did fail a little as noted when removed, also added new subframe bolts as they're a stretch type. Torqued to correct spec as per manuals:
