Hi guys,
Just finished replacing the clutch master and slave cylinder on my car, everything has been put back together, however now the engine will turnover but not start. It sounds like a few cylinders are firing and that there is enough power for spark so i'm unsure of what to do next.
I did try starting it about a week ago but at that time I had mistakenly left the idle air control valve unplugged and the electrical connector on ther throttle body (not sure what this is called) which resulted in the car starting but running very rough for a few seconds then shutting off. Would this have affected the current condition of the engine?
I've checked to make sure that there is enough fluids like oil, coolant, etc., and after trying to start the engine there is also white smoke sitting in the dipstick tube which I feel as though should not be happening. I have a feeling it might just be a low battery but not too sure.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
