240 Coolant Cap

G'day,

I'm after a new black coolant cap for a 240, but I can't find one here in Aus that meets the 75Kpa rating. Best I've found is the one from Tridon, but it looks to be only rated for 70Kpa. Will this do, or is there somewhere else I've missed?

I'd avoid any Tridon crap like I avoid any Camrys in overtaking lanes.

Mark get parts from a dealer they know ( and i have met the parts department guys from that dealer at an industry function in Melbourne , Mark is certainly a good customer and they give hime best deals in the country good guys as well! )

Cheapest Volvo genuine parts in Australia, you won't get cheaper.

All good, I'll try and go for the Genuine Volvo Parts. When I put it into Google, I get the Five Dock website, is that right? I'd like to try and get a couple of other genuine parts along with the cap, so I'd like to figure out how to do it.

The dealership can often get parts quickly (same day even), but they are the most expensive. I believe Volvo Five Dock will tell you to contact Volvo Parramatta for parts desk.

Generally if you want OEM parts the cheapest way to get them is through overseas sites like fcpeuro.com (who discount shipping for Oz Volvo members also) or ipdusa.com, or other similar sites.
