One more busted thing in the cabin to fix. An unlit clock that is only sometimes right twice a day. Seller assures me the new one works.
Will be glad to finally have this fixed. Install was super easy.

Gently pry off the cover panel.

Clock is held in with the "sticktion" of three rubber grommets/ Gently pull it out.

Wiring looks good. t5 filament wedge bulb was blown. I'll replace this with LED.

Connect up the new clock & test out polarity on the LED. Looks good!

Gently push it back in.

Cross fingers.

Set time against a known source.

Success!

New LED has a gentle blue glow.

I'll get some new caps installed by someone with soldering skills on the old one. It still looks in good condition.
