I think that's about what you'd expect, it's a nice example but there's some issues that are off-putting, tears in front upholstery, the running issue which is probably trivial but might not be, signs of rust at the back, patina. If I had spare money right now I'd have started a bidding war for sure though, that interior is worth restoring.
