The VX and VX3 shouldnt really (at least in Australia or Europe) be referred to as a 'performance cam' They're found in most B230FB and B230FX engines in late 1993 or so onwards 240 and 940 cars - if you're keen on one, you're best to scour some local wreckers and save yourself a heap of cash and (probably) the disappointment of having wasted lots of money buying a new one ex the US.
In the US, with considerably stricter exhaust emissions restrictions (particularly in California), the camshaft profile options are a bit more limited and the VX and VX3 could, in that context, be considered the 'best of an ok-ish bunch'.
H cams are pretty thin on the ground these days because they were only fitted to 242GT models for a single model year.
KG Trimning (and us as a KG reseller) offer these as new cams ground from a new billet as they're the control camshaft for 'Volvo cup' (or '240 cup') and derivatives of that class/class style (if you're a little older, the concept is/was a bit like our 'HQ Holden' class in the 80s-90s, or maybe the current Hyundai Excel class - though thats rife with cheating. lol)
A H cam with an exhaust and probably not much else makes for any angry sounding N/A road car and is pretty fun.
If you're looking for a true performance cam, you'll be looking at other options.
