These came out of my 940 wagon when I replaced the seats in them, but I believe they’re originally from a 740. Please speak up if I’m wrong about that though. Should fit any 740/940 regardless.
They’re not on rails - just the seats themselves.
They are in generally pretty good condition - there’s a minor mark on one seat where some sticky tape made a mark on the top finish. The pocket elastics in the back are taught and not sagging much at all.
Seats have push-in headrest inserts so you can either have that ladder headrest look or luxury!
Drivers seat has the tilt adjustment with the lever as shown in photos. These work with the associated slotted rails that the pins go into.
For sale either together or separately are the seatbelts and associated pretensioners as an assembly that match these seats. Seatbelt push buttons are weathered but aren’t cracked. Preference will be to sell as a whole though.
There’s also a counterbalance spring for the manual adjustment that will be included with the seats.

$230 for seats + 2x seatbelt buckle + pretensioner assemblies (i.e. everything)
Pickup from Adelaide metro area or if you’re able to organise Bruce logistics, that could work too. I guess if you’re able to organise a courier that is happy to pick them up-as is, that might work too, as I don’t have anything to wrap them up with.
