P80 towbar wiring???

I am looking to fit a towbar to a P80 wagon and need to sort out the wiring harness too.

During my very brief research, I found out that wiring the trailer harness direct to taillight wiring is a no go, as it may interfere with the bulb failure warning system.

There apparently was a OEM harness that piggybacked into the bulb failure warning module, but it is discontinued.

Is there an aftermarket plug in harness available? Or is my only option to hardwire in upstream of the bulb failure module?

I just had a look on my 97 v70 as it has a towbar I have never towed anything tho. I have contemplated removing it. The 7pin trailer plug wiring seems to go up to this control box Volvo LHR of the boot under the floor panelling. I didn't have a good look where it plugged into tho. It's seems to be relays for the lights for the trailer. I know alot of new cars rund modules for trilers I would of assumed a 97 model did but it appears to have a basic relay

If I get a chance tomorrow I will take some better photos because if you have that lamp relay already it just looks like it's wired into to it

Any I pulled out were wired to the other wires.
It was fine.

Small bump.

I've bought the harness recommended by philia _bear and have sourced the other hardware required.

Does anyone have a copy of the 1999 v70/v70xc wiring diagrams? Just so I know which colour wires to splice into.
