Things are looking good on the cold start problem.
Fuel going from fuel distributor to cold start injector is a yes.. Heaps of it..
In my test from last week there was no fuel coming out the injector so didn't bother testing that again. Removed the thermo time switch.
[EDIT: I discovered afterwards this is not the thermo time switch]
Scratched through the parts pile and found a new looking thermo time switch Wilbur had. Installed it..
Put the cold start injector nozzle in a bottle, turned the key to start it and I could see fuel spraying. Installed that back into the intake manifold and tried to start the car. The battery was near dead at this point but I nearly had it started. It's now on the CTek charging. I'll give it an hour or so and try again.
Crossing fingers this is sorted.
