Should be able to do door handles, how much of them do you need?

I just need one handle, including the "trigger", but no need to include the metal linkages inside the door. Strictly speaking I only need the trigger, which I believe is joined to the "shell" of the handle by two Torx screws.

Now , i notice that i can pull my drivers door handle hard i can open a locked door....What do i need to replace to fix that ?

Well internally the handle just raises an eyelet which is joined to a linkage. When the car is locked, that linkage is supposed to be disconnected from the door latch, however if the linkage was bent or fouling on something, it might cause it to still engage the latch.

Mmm , i swapped the door cards , i may have done it , or it was already bent before , will have a look when i get a chance.

Has , did the red one have 16" spare? Or do you have any? The steelie 16" , I spose it only comes if you optioned 16" alloys .

It is on the car at the moment and isn't super happy but it is a 16 unless my eyes deceive me.

Ahh , does that mean you have two 16" steelies then? I have been trying to get a set so I can run good winter tyres on em and not worry about the potholes that rain brings to Victorian roads every winter.....A slightly higher sidewall too methinks.

It should be, a 96 and 98 have a lot in common. Not sure where it is though, will have to search the cabin as isn't attached anymore.
