That's one way to get the job done, the way you want. I would be interested to see what you get done. What sort of welder do you have?

They did put another bung in. It is after the stock cat.

ESAB TIG .
Its hard to work on the car on jack stands but i suppose it is not unlike a piping job in a restricted space on a job , it takes longer and is annoying but it can be done.
I dont know where the best spot for wideband , i havent put mine in yet.....

I don't know a great deal about welding, but I do think it would be awesome to have a TIG. In regards to the wideband, I read that you get leaner readings if you put it after the cat (but I thought it would actually be richer).

Also, it probably doesn't really matter anymore, but I said I would take some better pictures of the downpipe.
