No need to relay anyone elses thoughts here. They can voice them if they feel the need and you can decide on whether to attend or not based on whatever your own thoughts are.
It will not be an issue for you to hitch a ride with someone should you need to.

The Volvo National Rally should see 100+ attendees I would think, they were preparing 110 showbags for those who are heading along.
While the demographic and the dynamic will be different at both, I'd expect some crossover. Some will go to both, others will go to whichever one they feel they fit into best or whichever one works with whatever else they may have going on.
I'm disappointed I didnt get to last years OzVolvo one and have been disappointed to have missed previous Volvo Car Clubs of Australia gatherings - the folks in the VCOV are fantastic and I could spend hours talking to many of them. We've met some group people through the VCOV.
