You had a 400 with the 600 can on it? Or a 600 with the arrow can? I'm confuse.
I saw the Yoshi headers and pipe set. Not a bad way to spend $1000.

CB400 with a CBR600 Arrow can welded to it.

That looks like the one I'm thinking of getting. Thinking it surely can't be as loud as the Gas Gas 200 I have.

Yes, it still runs, I had it idle up to temp and then shifted through all the gears while it was up on a stand in october of last year, it just needs some fresh 98 to run

the Tyres are 10 years old and need replacement even though they have 95% tread depth

I was looking at putting it on historic rego after c19 is over with

Not V I don't think. I think it's just the RG250. Black and purple 2 stroke thing that I've never seen run in the 12 years I've known him hahaha

I remember them! My mate had an X7 Suzuki, the precursor to the RG. Never as fast as my 250LC but he pulled it down and shaved the head, ports etc, ran it on avgas at one stage.....

Means youre halfway there. So use coronatime for fixbiketime.

I have ordered some parts which I'm waiting to come from Japan which could be a little while

replacements for cracked indicator lenses and a replacement starter button as mine fell apart (brittle plastic)

I don't really want to go out just to get the tyres replaced as it seams non essential for the moment

Just looked it up out of interest as i need new tyres on my klx250. MCAS have free fitting and balancing on the metzlers at the moment.

Went from a TT250 to this first shipment TT600 in 1983, first shipment had drum brake front end, mine was engine number 0000360.

Put it together in the garage Thursday night, rode down the driveway, turned right and accelerated, all I saw was the stars and night sky, shat myself.

Great bike though, took it to the Clubman Rally and Winter rally that year.

Mate has a 1998(?) TT600 - but he keeps eyeing off our XT600 now as he's got a gammy ankle so kicking the TT over is a bit of a prick of a job, although he might just get his lad to do it instead...

I owned all 3 of these bikes at one stage or another, air cooled, shaft drive, cheap to run and as a package amazing bike.

In fact a bought 1983 XJ900RK from Kevin Cass yamaha as my first road bike after the TT600.
