Because the car was quite low, I always struggled getting it onto wheel alignment rigs, so we did this - It comes off as one piece and I can have it off the car in less than 10mins.
The splitter worked really well, we just kept making it longer and longer and added the stays to keep it from sagging. It definitely provided more front grip in really fast sweeping corners like you'd find on the back side of the course at Sandown, etc.
