Dash top - Good condition, no peeling, no cracks. The plastic underneath part got cracked on removal. Didnt rip the vinyl which looks fine. Don't imagine it will affect the look of the dash in any way. $50 pick up from Alphington or Sunbury VIC. Postage available for extra. Listed on Gumtree here. Includes airbag.

It was fiddly but not difficult, lots of screws and you have to disconnect the airbag wiring which is harder than it needs to be, its also a tad heavy, get a helper to remove it because if you dont, the thing tries to snap in half. This is what mine did, but lucky, the vinyl is still intact, only the plastic support frame got a crack in it. Plastic glue here I come ;)
While you have the dash out repair and strengthen the mounts with kit or bits of thin aluminium bolster that with windscreen bonding goop.
Of course the fash lights and maybe the odometer gear too.
Heater core?

Jay , put aluminium sheet where the crack is too and use that windscreen goop as plastic glue wont be flexible enough. I reckon , that dash gets a bashing.
There is a kit from (IPD?) to fix but just look up Mathews VolvoSite or VS for a "how to" and make it yourself.
The doova lacky that moves the air duct diverter thingo vacuum unit could be done if cheap enough.
Gotta do mine as well , Ash did his i think , mebe he can get em at good price.
