I've finished rebuilding the 4L80e and its back in the car. Over the last few months (sparingly) I've been working on rewiring the 240. I've done this using factory wiring (wherever healthy), but removing the 240 style fusebox in favour for a relay/fuse box of my choice, located where I'd like it. I've also removed any of the old ratty Volvo plugs and replaced with Deutsch connectors.
I've also been working on the engine harness, which I've 'wrapped up' today. All checks out OK, will aim to power test it next weekend.
