1987 240 for sale
M46 transmission.
I have owned this car for approximately 8 years. I had it setup to use in autocross and navigational rallies. Mechanically, the car is in very good shape. The dreaded 'M' cam has been replaced by a 'K' cam, and the engine responds very well, no oil leaks or oil burning. The overdrive works correctly every time. The suspension has some upgrades, upgraded rate springs, and Koni dampers (yellow sport front, red rear). Some bushes in rear suspension replaced with polyurethane type bushes to improve rear end control. Car has new windscreen and rear lights fitted. Car was also repainted approx 2 years ago, and still looks very presentable. Steering wheel is a Sparco, and the steering wheel boss is a collapsible Momo unit. Rear louvre is made by Aunger.
Car could use a new dash unit (I have a spare but it is black)
Car comes with various other spares as well.
The reason for the sale is that I am just keeping my three 120's and my 142.
