If your old pumps aren't turning, usually they are blocked up with crud, you can dislodge by sending water through them backwards, either with a syringe or by connecting the motor and flipping the polarity back and forth to work the motor free and dislodge the debris (with water hoses going into a clean water source). Reservoir might want to be flushed also.
If you do need pumps, I have only one and I think it only suits pre -86 240s but not sure, the shape of the connector changed, I think.
