[NSW] 405 head for rebuild

Looking for a 405 head, any condition, I intend to fully rebuild it, budget is about $150, I'm negotiable.

I'm in Sydney but 8V heads can be posted via Australia Post if you wrap them up properly, they come in at ~20kg (AusPost weight limit is 22kg).

Won't be a 405 probably 530 or maybe 531.

@pigdog yeah too expensive, already refurbed, waste of money as it will all get torn apart and redone.

I thought he had 2x untouched 405 heads, looking at the Pic they Def ain't refurbished, knowing furner they will still be 4k ?

It has a more favourable exhaust port geometry than the 160 and 398 heads.

Was thinking.... I do have a KJET 530 head... would be easy enough to make a jig that bolts to the intake port studs to drill out the K-jet holes on any 531....

I have one which I'll part with. It's presently on a tired but complete, ran-when-parked, K-Jet engine. I dunno what cam is in there.

I'd like $200 for it. If you're interested and not in a hurry for it, and if Mister Bear is willing, I'll take it off and it can head up the mainland in the back of his Merc in early Feb.
