Hi All - just a quick update on this one. Have been away. We got the car running again a few weeks ago. The exhaust cam was out of phase so there was little or no compression. The car has been running really really well since then :). Thanks guys for your input.

Glad the motor is running again without other damage. I just can’t believe this happened with modern super precise engine management. Super lean taken too far?
I would check every now and then on the spark plug colour - in regard to how the fuel injector is performing.
