Custom rear swaybar worked out really well.
Stock diameter was about 20.4mm material is mild steel with a wall thickness of about 2mm.
Replacement tube is 25.4 mm - 304 grade stainless steel with a 1.6mm wall thickness, whilst the stock is slightly thicker the torsional strength is about 30% stronger than mild steel.

Measuring,cutting and rewelding was left to my go to local engineering place - Camden Engineering.
I am wrapped with the result, performance wise and quality wise, fantastic bang for buck. Its not going to be as good as a dedicated solid bar like IPD ones for example but i'm not looking to break any lap records here.
No fitment or clearance issues either, all oem mounting hardware reused.
