In late August I had a $600usd order ready to go. Freight was$ 80USD.
Emailed Scott on a Friday Aug 30 (right before Labor Day weekend USA); no reply. Assumed he was away for the long weekend.. no big deal.
Emailed Scott the following Wednesday Sep 4 to check he received my email (thought he might still be on holiday); no reply.
FCP emailed me Sep 9 "Do you still want the stuff in your cart? We're here to help.", so I replied that I was keen, but waiting for Scott to apply the discount. This reply caused a "FCP Customer Experience" email chain to be created.
I gave up and bought all the stuff from IPD and Powerflex on Sep 11. Cost me a fair bit more, but I ran out of time waiting for Scott to get back to me, as I HAD to get the parts coming.
As of today (Sep 26), Scott has still not been in contact, nor have the "FCP Customer Experience" team. Pretty poor. I have purchased from them several times over the years (before I knew of the Oz Volvo discount), and they've been great. IPD however have never missed a beat!
