Okay this brings me back to the oil cooler hardlines. These were one of the first things I got stuck into on this build and will be one of the last things to be completed. I scrapped my first prototypes as with the engine mounts fitted they didn't work as they were too close to the rubber mount. I can see this mount flexing with use and interfering with the pipes.
I bought the lower hardline new from GCP, part #1317001, however they do not have stock of the upper hardline part #1317000.
I've contacted GCP to see if they might have one hiding in the warehouse or if they have the capacity to manufacture one for me. Failing that, I will go to Pirtek as they can make hardlines, however this is really not ideal because I more or less have to bring the whole engine to them so that they can fabricate to the correct dimensions.
