Sorry brake calipers already sold. I’m hesitant to sell the front hubs as I need to be able to roll it onto a trailer for scrapping eventually...a guy wanted the rear axle and was going to come and get the whole thing but I haven’t heard from him lately so that deal could fall through. Rear brake calipers are still there. If you were interested in coming to get the whole car let me know as I’m kinda at that stage now where I want the rest of it to go as a whole. PM me if interested in that.

I do need a set of hubs. I'll put a call out locally and see if anything turns up. But if you decide to sell them let me know - plenty of scrappers collect cars with a crane from the verge here and the sale of the axle, hubs, struts etc might make up any shortfall.
@Roinik if you and @DCW242 have front calipers then I'm in the market for pairs. Let me know what you'd like by PM?

Took this car to the scrap metal place today. Another one to be turned into Chinese toasters? Pulled the rear axle (already sold) and front struts and crossmember. PM me if you need anything as I still have quite a few bits and pieces including all panels except bonnet.
It's been awhile since I cut that section out to keep my project away from being a toaster and the cut doesn't look like it has rusted very much.
I coat the VW in weld through primer out of habit now everytime I touch it.
Probably a little late, but is the rear axle available from the second scrap car?

Will have a look at my stock to see what I have. I'm sure I have a wiper motor (or half a dozen!) but I'd need to test them. May have a NOS and/or rebuilt master cylinder - not sure I have a used one. Leave it with me and I'll send you a PM.

Hi Lachie. I may have some springs (standard sedan ones?) and I probably have a cat, and maybe an intermediate muffler, and maybe an over-axle pipe but nothing to piece together a complete system just bits and pieces. I'll check and see on the springs and let you know.
