  • [SOLD] [VIC] 1990 240 Turbo - 192,000k's, M47, Megasquirt ECU, Geminis $8000

For sale, for the first time in over 15 years is my beloved 240. Reason for sale is finally deciding to go for a more modern daily.

My dad bought this car in 2005 with 48,000k's on it. I bought it off my dad in 2008 at around 70,000k's. I love this car, and it shows. The car deserves to go to an enthusiast - hence why I would love to sell it via OzVolvo. The turbo conversion was done at around 150,000k's and has been reliable. It is my daily driver.

There is rust under the waist trim of rear drivers side door, and a dint from a cricket ball on rear passenger side door. There are small marks on the boot lid from the boot being closed on something. This is not noticeable unless you are looking for it. Recently (last 12 months) I have noticed in certain lights fading on front passenger quarter panel.

I have owned this car since I was 16. It has made me a Volvo enthusiast and I will be sad to see it go. The price is negotiable within reason. Test drives are welcome and encouraged. Car is located in Ringwood North, Vic.

Have you already bought the more modern daily or you interested in a trade?

Haven't purchased it yet, unless you have a Skoda Octavia RS manual wagon to trade I am just looking at a straight sale

      Whoa! Whoa whoa, whoa!

      A nice 240 that isn't ridiculously over-priced?!

I won't say GLWTS, simply because you shouldn't need it.
