Can you talk @jamesinc into painting it? He does very nice work.
Years ago, there was a shop over in Meadowbank who did work for me, but unfortunately the original owner retired and sold the business, the new owners kept the same business name (which was the original owner's name) but didn't keep the original owner's painters or quality of service. So I won't recommend it.
