Hey guys
Is there a difference between the b23/230 alternator setup? Swapping my gear from my B23 to 230 the belts wont fit, being too small. They are 10 x 920.

I'm pretty sure I've swapped a B23 alt onto a B230 before without any issues, at least in the 240 configuration.
Different length belt I can understand, as the crank pulley is different is it not?

I suppose so. I thought I had taken that into account by ordering for a later car, but I could be mistaken. I have seen before some people say brackets are different between the two, and others say it is all the same which is why I was asking. The pulleys look like they line up...
I guess I will make a visit to super expensive auto in the morning. Thanks James
