P1 Volvo - best ATF?

For a transmission fluid change on a P1 car (which I think is the AW55-50SN or similar), I was going to go for a Penrite fully synthetic oil, but as per the first listings on this page:

there are three different types.

Does it matter which one I get?

It matters. You'll want to use "ATF FS (FULL SYN.)", that's a Toyota Type T-IV / JWS-3309 ATF.

So Penrite's "ATF FS Multi-Vehicle" says it's suitable for Toyota Type T-IV, and their "ATF LV" says it can be used to "top up JWS 3309 (Type T-IV)".

I assume the multi-vehicle one is the better option?

Sure top up, not full fluid change. ATF FS Multi-Vehicle is the one you want.
