And then, there was one turbo.
It has to go!
1987 740 Turbo wagon, B230FT LH2.2 / AW71, project, aka The Jurbo.
Description updated
It starts and runs.
Silver metallic with blue interior.
Approximately 240k kays on it.
Needs quite a bit of interior assembly, new tyres, a power steering pump leak repaired, new injector seals (as they're weeping) before it's blue slippable. Rust repairs have been done in LH front floor and battery tray, and there are no other known rust problems.
The HVAC will ned to be refitted - it comes with an HVAC extracted from a 1995 940, which will be 1000 times better than the clunky ATC (thumbwheel controlled) system which it originally had.
It also has a brand new genuine Bosch 'turbo grade' main fuel pump and new fuel filter.
This car will be sold with a lot of 740 spares I have up for sale that don't sell.
I also have new parts for it which haven't been fitted, including a pair of front indicator lenses (BNIB).
See how it's missing a fog light in the old picture? Well, I have a replacement one, but haven't fitted it to the bumper yet. And, there's another complete spare front bumper with foglights too.
