If it's just the pulley, they can be replaced using the correct service tools, which may be available on Ebay. Pulley should be the same as the earlier pump without integral reservoir, if so I can possibly help with one.

I'll see if I can pull it and check the crank. Or I might be able to get a DTI in there and measure the run out.
