FrankCsapo Hey people, I'm doing the S60R 4-pot front brake upgrade on my 240, and will need to upgrade the wheels to clear the new brakes and discs at the same time. I'm hoping someone has info on sizes/offsets/other measurements that I'd need to be able to do this. I know I need 17" rims at a minimum, but does anyone know if there are any gotchas concerning general spoke clearance, i.e. how far the S60R caliper protrudes inboard or outboard compared to standard (if at all)? I'll most likely be choosing non-Volvo wheels as I have a particular style I'm after, but I'd also be keen to know what wheels others have used?
FrankCsapo Thanks, I just read Dave Barton's write-up and he says the same thing. Does anyone have experience with sourcing non-Volvo wheels to suit? Most of the options I've found are 3-piece custom units that will cost $1000 per wheel.

FrankCsapo I quite like Volvo Polaris rims but I'm told they won't clear adequately. Is that the case even with spacers? Otherwise I'm looking to get a staggered 5 or 6 spoke set with a dish, but will need to work out what I can fit under the arches.
