Vee_Que;119962 wroteFor the most part, yes, the focus xr5 is literally a Volvo motor for instance. The blocks are seemingly weak vs older Volvo motors and will split liners with larger turbos and more boost. The only way around it is to pin the bores it seems, or not upgrade too much.
Otherwise a c30 is a good car as a car.
Basically just Intake, cat back, intercooler and flash to help with its longevity
