Radiator hose size?

I'm buying a water temp sensor fitting and I was wondering what size the radiator hose is, Google didn't help.

What fan controller are you using? The Davies Craig twin fan unit has the probe that goes Into the radiator instead. Assuming you haven't bought one yet.

I'm planning to install one as my factory temperature gauge doesn't work I've tried replacing the sensor and had a look at cluster etc and I'm guessing it's easier to run an aftermarket 52mm temp gauge with a senor in rad hoses. My electric fan is set up to run only when the engine is running.

They are. It's important that both sensors work under the head, otherwise the car is running stupid rich as well.

The temp sensor for ECU is fine, had it replaced as well the car doesn't run rich, checked plugs and it doesn't soot.
