Toyota soarer transmission on b6304

I have a B6304 with a Aw30-40, the auto box has had water damage, the strawberry milk shake variety.
I'm able to get my hands on a Toyota soarer A341e autobox, question to all the tranny guru's, will this be a bolt in swap or will the tcu get the shits? Also this combo is going into a 264, the A341e has a Speed pickup sensor next to the tail shift.
On the very slim chance......would this be compatible with the electronic speedo?

Swap the rear housing over, but the 41 is a slightly different box. The 30-40 is pretty common so you can get one of them instead.

The toyota boxes all use a physical kickdown cable instead of an electronic one afaik
Volvo was the only use of the all electronic box
