Hey all.

Was taking out a dud battery today and a wire came out from somewhere aND have no idea where from. It is from the positive terminal and came from the somewhere in the pictures. I tested it and found the car starts when it is touching the dual bolt power adaptor plate but then my right hand brake light illuminates and won't go out. All other electrics work fine when it is in here too.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

That's the power feed wire from the battery to the distribution block, which you can see at the bottom of the first pic between the relays.

It should have a ring terminal on the end, secured under one of the screws on the block.

Without it, most of the car's systems get no power, and shouldn't work.
The red wire is the main power feed into that distributor box, if that makes sense. Different model but same idea

Thanks heaps all. Will gI've this a shot over the weekend.
